2015 The Four Graces Reserve Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills
Winemaker Notes
This 2015 Dundee Hills Reserve Pinot Noir is bright ruby in color. Opulent and
layered, it exudes aromas of forest, strawberry and dried rose petal. The palate
boasts flavors of red plumb, sage and lingering hints of white pepper. The bright
acidity coupled with soft velvety tannins make for an elegant finish and promise
for a long cellar life.

Production Notes
The 2015 growing season was great for a second year in a row. Bud break
was three weeks ahead of ‘normal’ and the growing season maintained that
lead through to harvest. The summer’s consistently hot days were followed by
warm nights and just the right amount of sprinkling rain. The higher than average
overnight lows allowed grapes to mature faster without putting stress on the
vines, which lets the grapes come together in balance and flavor to produce
an excellent wine. Yields were generous and overall quality was high across
the board. The fruit for this wine was hand harvested from September 3rd to
September 16, 2015.
Vineyard Notes
The Dundee Hills Reserve Pinot Noir is the result of ongoing observation in the
vineyard to select the best fruit from specific rows and blocks. The Foley Family
Estate Vineyard which produces this wine boasts the Jory soils well known for
their iron-rich, fertile characteristics.
